Terms Of Service

1. Subscription
Chynodes will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with the Services by the terms of this Agreement. The Services are available for free or through a paid subscription. At the time of registration, you must select a subscription plan outlining the Services to be provided by Chynodes, as well as any applicable fees and payment terms (the "Subscription Plan").

2. Signing up
To access and use the Services, you must first register for a user account by providing log-in information for a user account with a Chynodes-accepted third-party service provider. You agree that Chynodes may access and retain your user account information with the third-party service provider to manage your Chynodes user account and provide you with the Services.

3. Billing
If you purchase a paid subscription to the Services, you must provide Chynodes with a valid credit card or another payment instrument that Chynodes has approved to pay the subscription fee set out in the Subscription Plan. You agree that Chynodes may retain and/or share your submitted payment information with financial institutions and payment processing firms to process your purchase. You agree that Chynodes may bill your credit card or another Chynodes-approved payment instrument in advance and periodically by the Subscription Plan.

4. Late Payment
If any amounts due under these Terms are not received by Chynodes by the due date set out in the Subscription Plan, Chynodes: i) charge interest on such amounts at the rate of 12% per year or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date payment was due until the date paid, and/or ii) suspend your access to the Services or cancel your subscription.
